The "New York Times" reports prosecutors met with Strauss-Kahn's attorneys yesterday to discuss whether to toss out the felony charges against him. The nuclear facility will stay closed at least through today while crews work to reinforce firelines. It appears extremely unlikely residents of Los Alamos will be allowed to return to their homes until after the Fourth of July.

Among the issues are disagreements over the salary cap, revenue sharing and guaranteed contracts. The NFL has been in a lockout since its CBA expired in March.
