Sources told Perez Hilton that the reason for the split between Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler revolved around Haley Higgins, a girl who was involved in a love triangle with the two last year.
The source goes on to explain: "Cutler watched Cavallari strut down the catwalk in a Mercedes Benz Fashion week event, while he was texting Haley Higgins AT THE SAME TIME. She went through his phone later and couldn't believe he was texting her during her big show. When Cavallari found out that Cutler was texting with her, she freaked out. Cutler explained that she is just a friend, but Cavallari started crying and turning it into a big deal, and it ruined their entire vacation. Cutler got cold feet. Called it off."
